• AP Exam Practice
• Timed Poetry Essay Practice- 1 hour. If you were absent for this last Friday, see me to make this up before the end of the week. I will be grading the essays AP style and they will also go into the grade book. We will discuss them next week, so everyone needs to complete an essay before Thurs. 4/18/19.

• Review / discussion of Poetry #2

• Practice: Prose #2 (If you were absent, you do not need to make this up. I will just average your m/c practices without this one.)

• Bonus Points! You can improve the average on your m/c AP practices by coming in after school to do more practices 🤨! Starting Tues. 4/23/19, I will add 10 percentage points to the overall m/c score you are accumulating. You can get a 100 for this major grade if you work at it!

• Research Paper           Class time given to research paper so far = 3.5 hours

• Proposals have all been returned. Please review comments.

• Discussion / Q&A for next assignment: Annotated bibliography. Notice that the bib:
• has both a header and a heading.
• has 1" margins except for the header which has 1/2".
• includes the research question.
• title is Annotated Bibliography.
• organized alphabetically based on the first word of the entry.
• double-spaced throughout.
• annotations have 1.5" margin under the citation for the source.
• annotations include summary and how the source can be used for the paper.



• Writing Workshop: Every day this week 4:15 - 5 pm, drop in for help or just a workspace for your annotated bibliography due Saturday.

• Next due date: Sat. 4/20/19- Annotated bibliography. You should be researching, making notes, gathering sources, and compiling the bib (10+ sources).
